Studio Cottage in Palo Alto by Scott Safadi

Scott Safadi proudly presents unit #11 at 219 Ramona Street in Palo Alto. This is a stand alone studio cottage with its own private entrance and no directly adjacent neighbors in any direction. This unit comes fully furnished with everything you need to live comfortably and in style – a bed, dresser, television, lines, dishes, and so forth. The unit has a lovely skylight with a shutter allowing to you regulate exactly how much light you want in your apartment, ranging from very little to feeling like you’re outside. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and counter top burners. Like our other units in this building, this apartment has air conditioning so you can stay cool during even the hottest summer days. During the winter, you will love your cozy gas fired fireplace. You will also save money on utilities because this property covers it all for its tenants: Gas, electricity, hot water, cable, and even wifi. You just show up with your suitcase and you’re ready to live.

Scott Safadi highly recommends this location due to its extremely close proximity to the Cal Train station (5 blocks away) and to the center of downtown Palo Alto (3 blocks away). Stanford University and Hospital are close by, as are all the local restaurants and bars of downtown Palo Alto. In addition, you are only a short stroll from Stanford Shopping Center, Whole Foods Market, the Apple Store and much more. If you enjoy local parks, you will love Elizabeth Gamble Garden and Johnson Park, both close by.
